Welcome to the very first Digital Tools newsletter. From this issue onward, we'll use this space to keep teachers in the loop on the AI tools, Gemini Gems, and Learning Hub upgrades we've shipped — what's new, what it does, and how to use it in your classroom tomorrow morning. Chalkie.ai trial — yours through the end of the year نسخة Chalkie.ai التجريبية — متاحة لكم حتى نهاية العام
We've secured an AISA-wide Chalkie.ai trial that runs until the end of the school year. Chalkie is an AI-powered teaching assistant for planning, content creation, and personalising learning. Think Magic School-style assistant with a focus on lesson design and student-friendly outputs. حصلنا على نسخة تجريبية من Chalkie.ai متاحة لجميع طاقم AISA وتمتدّ حتى نهاية العام الدراسي. Chalkie هو مساعد تدريس مدعوم بالذكاء الاصطناعي للتخطيط وإنشاء المحتوى وتخصيص التعلم. تصوّروه كمساعد على غرار Magic School لكن بتركيز على تصميم الدروس ومخرجات ملائمة للطلاب.

IB Exam Format Generator (Gemini Gem) مولِّد تنسيق امتحان IB (Gemini Gem)
We designed a custom Gemini Gem that takes any content you share — a passage, a topic, a unit of work — and returns a downloadable PDF formatted to look exactly like an authentic IB exam paper. It's a fast way to give students realistic exposure to IB layout, instruction language, and question framing without rebuilding a paper from scratch. صمّمنا أداة Gemini Gem مخصّصة تستقبل أي محتوى تشاركونه — فقرة أو موضوعاً أو وحدة دراسية — وتُعيد ملف PDF قابلاً للتحميل بتنسيق يطابق ورقة امتحان IB الأصلية. وسيلة سريعة لإطلاع الطلاب بشكل واقعي على تخطيط ورقة IB ولغة التعليمات وصياغة الأسئلة دون الحاجة إلى بناء ورقة من الصفر.

The Learning Hub landing page now has a hub-wide search directory. One search box. Find any module, AI tool, library resource, committee, or orientation page in one keystroke — no more hunting through tabs. أصبحت الصفحة الرئيسية لمركز التعلم تتضمّن دليل بحث شامل. صندوق بحث واحد. اعثروا على أي وحدة تدريبية أو أداة ذكاء اصطناعي أو مورد مكتبي أو لجنة أو صفحة توجيه بضغطة واحدة — دون البحث في علامات التبويب.

A chooser landing page now routes students to research tools and AI Gems, and teachers & staff to collection & compliance resources.
