Three phases, three audiences. Phase 1 is the AI Lead setting the school up. Phase 2 and 3 belong to the Proctor in the room. Students only ever see Phase 3.
Get ready
Log in, assign proctors per grade, set roster permissions and the timetable, confirm devices.
Phase 2 · ProctorBefore the test
Open your grade’s roster, confirm every student is on it, add anyone missing.
Phase 3 · Proctor + StudentTest day
Generate the access code, get students signed in, brief them, watch the room.
Who does what
AI Lead
- Signs in with Training platform credentials (the Trainee account)
- Assigns Proctor accounts, per grade
- Sets the assessment window per grade & section
- Owns smooth, end-to-end execution
- Marks each session complete when it is done
Proctor
- Verifies students, adds any who are missing
- Generates the access code per session
- Briefs students and monitors the room
- Reports any incident on the platform
Student
- Uses a laptop or desktop, per school device policy
- Signs in with their Student ID
- Enters the Proctor’s session code
- Completes the assessment in one sitting
Phase 1 — Get ready
AI LeadAccess and proctor setup. Do all of this before the first session is due to run — a Proctor cannot see a roster or generate a code until their account is assigned to a grade.

2.1
Log in
AI Lead- Go to instructwin.com/aigt.
- Select Assessments.
- Choose your role: AI Lead & Proctor.
- Enter your email and password, then sign in.
Credentials The same email and password as your Trainee account on the Training platform. There is no separate AIGT password.Figure 1 Signing in -
2.2
Switch between your two roles — optional
AI LeadEvery AI Lead is also a Proctor for every grade by default. If you don’t want that, remove yourself from a grade — or add other staff and stay on as a primary or secondary Proctor yourself (see 2.3).

Assign Proctor accounts, per grade
AI LeadClass Management›your grade ›Add a proctor
- Click Class Management in the left menu.
- Select the grade or year you want to add a Proctor to.
- Pick an existing Proctor from the list on the right — or create a new one with their first name, last name, username and email.
- Click Save changes.
New proctor passwords Creating a Proctor generates a default password, shown to you on creation — or you can set the password yourself for that Proctor. Note it down: you are the one who passes it on.Rosters are per grade, not per section Several Proctors can be assigned to the same grade, and they all see the same student list.Figure 3 Class Management Figure 4 Choosing an existing Proctor Figure 5 Adding a new Proctor -

Let Proctors manage the roster
AI LeadProctors can add missing students by default. This is the permission that controls it — a Proctor without it cannot add or remove anyone.
Proctors›⋮ next to their name ›Manage Roster Access
Before you remove a student Students are not split across sections. Check they are not enrolled in another Proctor’s section for the same grade — removing them affects every section that shares that grade.Figure 6 Granting roster access -

Set the assessment timetable
AI LeadAIGT Timetable›Add
- Click AIGT Timetable in the left menu.
- Click Add to create a new schedule record.
- Choose the grade, section and assigned Proctor(s), then set the date and time.
- Repeat for every grade and every section in the school.
These records go to ADEK The timetable is shared with ADEK, and the assessment only becomes available to a grade’s students once its window is set here.Figure 7 Adding a timetable record -

Device, internet & power readiness
AI LeadConfirm this setup is the same for every student sitting the test:
- A laptop, desktop or tablet — school-provided or personal, per school policy — running an up-to-date Chrome or Safari.
- Reliable internet at the student’s seat, not just in the building.
- Reliable power — a charged laptop, or an outlet within reach.
- School IT has confirmed the network allows
instructwin.com. - Other tabs and applications closed before starting, so nobody minimises the assessment window by accident.
Why the closed tabs matter Minimising or switching away from the assessment window auto-flags the session and notifies ADEK. An accidental Alt-Tab counts.
Phase 2 — Before the test
ProctorRoster checks, done ahead of the day — not on it. A student who isn’t on the roster cannot sit the test, and sorting that out with five minutes to go is the single most common way a session runs late.

Verify the student roster
Proctor- Log in with the credentials your AI Lead gave you.
- Open the Roster tab to see your grade’s students.

Generate the access code
ProctorJust before the session starts, click Regenerate Code. That creates a new 4-digit code every student in the room uses to sign in.
Copy it immediately Navigate away without copying the code and you cannot see it again — you have to generate a new one, which replaces the old code for every student. Write it on the board first. The code lasts one hour Once it expires students can no longer sign in, and you must generate a new one to restore access.Figure 10 Finding the assessment Figure 11 The access code -

Handling incidents
ProctorAnything that happens during a session is logged on the platform — not by email, not verbally. That includes technical problems, not just integrity concerns.
Showing only the steps for the role you selected. Switch to Everyone in the sidebar to see the full guide.
-
5.1
What counts as a violation
Proctor- Any form of cheating during the assessment.

Severity runs Low · Medium · High · Critical.Log it while you remember it Say what happened, when, and any steps already taken. A thin description written a day later is worth much less than two sentences written in the room.Figure 15 Logging an incident
Finalising
AI LeadThe last step, and the one most easily forgotten — a session nobody marks complete stays open in ADEK’s view of the school.

AI LeadAIGT Timetable›the session’s row ›Mark complete
