Your Personal Goal for the Year
This is your personal goal for the year — one goal is required, and it works better with your full attention than two would with half of it, so a second is optional and only worth adding if you genuinely want one.
Before you begin: review your Self-Assessment. Pick the area of your practice you most want to grow in below. You’ll get guidance and real strategies for that area, then write your goal in the required format and name one specific if-then plan for actually doing it.
A copy of your response will be emailed to you. We’ll come back to this goal at your mid-year and end-of-year check-ins, and in your appraisal conversation.
You’ve already submitted this goal.
Anything you change here updates it — it doesn’t create a second one. Press Save my changes on the last step to commit an edit.
Your answers are saved as you type and are visible to secondary SLT for appraisal and professional-learning planning. They are not shared more widely than that.
