- All secondary teaching staff — required, whether or not you are delivering AI Literacy lessons yourself. جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس في المرحلة الثانوية — الحضور إلزامي، سواء كنتم تدرّسون دروس الثقافة في الذكاء الاصطناعي أم لا.
- KG and Elementary — homeroom teachers only. If you are not a homeroom teacher in KG or Elementary, this session is not for you. رياض الأطفال والمرحلة الابتدائية — معلّمو الصفوف فقط. وإن لم تكونوا معلّمي صفوف في هاتين المرحلتين، فهذه الجلسة لا تخصّكم.
This has changed. Attendance is no longer limited to the people who received the original email. Widening it to every secondary teacher means the whole division can pick the curriculum up if timetabling or staffing shifts later in the year — you are not being added to the teaching roster by turning up. طرأ تغيير. لم يعد الحضور مقتصراً على من وصلتهم الرسالة الأولى. وتوسيعه ليشمل كل معلّمي المرحلة الثانوية يعني أن بإمكان القسم بأكمله تولّي المنهج إن تغيّرت الجداول أو ملاك المعلّمين لاحقاً هذا العام — وحضوركم لا يعني إدراجكم ضمن مدرّسي المادة.
Before you come قبل الحضور
- If you are teaching AI Literacy this term, finish the readiness module — about 60 minutes, and it saves as you type, so a part-finished one picks up where you left off. If you are not, it is not required of you, but the session builds on it, so skimming it is worth the time. إن كنتم تدرّسون الثقافة في الذكاء الاصطناعي هذا الفصل، فأنهوا وحدة الجاهزية — نحو ٦٠ دقيقة، وتُحفَظ أوّلاً بأوّل، فالوحدة غير المكتملة تُستأنف من حيث توقّفتم. وإن لم تكونوا، فهي غير مطلوبة منكم، لكن الجلسة تُبنى عليها، لذا فإن الاطّلاع السريع عليها يستحقّ الوقت.
- Bring the plan you wrote in the module. We use it for about two minutes at the start — you will not be writing it again. On paper or on screen, either is fine, and it prints from the end of the module. أحضروا الخطة التي كتبتموها في الوحدة. سنستخدمها نحو دقيقتين في البداية — ولن تُطلب منكم كتابتها من جديد. ورقياً أو على الشاشة، وكلاهما مقبول، وهي قابلة للطباعة من نهاية الوحدة.
- Bring your device, charged — and its charger if it does not hold a full afternoon. You will be working on it in the room. أحضروا جهازكم مشحوناً — ومعه الشاحن إن كانت بطاريته لا تكفي فترة بعد الظهر. فستعملون عليه داخل القاعة.

The full curriculum map: the progression grade by grade, what students are expected to reach by the end of each phase, and how each of the four strands builds year on year. خريطة المنهج الكاملة: التدرّج صفاً بصف، وما يُتوقَّع أن يبلغه الطلاب بنهاية كل مرحلة، وكيف يتنامى كل محور من المحاور الأربعة عاماً بعد عام.

InstrucTwin — lesson plans and student materials InstrucTwin — خطط الدروس وموادّ الطلاب
ADEK publishes the full AI Literacy lesson plans, teacher toolkits and student materials on InstrucTwin. The AI Growth Test runs there too, on a separate portal. تنشر دائرة التعليم والمعرفة خطط دروس الثقافة في الذكاء الاصطناعي كاملةً، وأدوات المعلّم، وموادّ الطلاب على منصّة InstrucTwin. كما يُجرى اختبار النمو في الذكاء الاصطناعي هناك، عبر بوّابة منفصلة.
Known issue: the lessons are still uploading مسألة معروفة: لا يزال رفع الدروس جارياً
The address is settled — ADEK confirmed it on 21 September. The lessons themselves are still arriving: InstrucTwin has confirmed a bulk upload in progress, so your grade may not be there yet, and staff accounts are separately not reliably showing assigned grades. Both are the AI Lead's to chase, not yours, and both are being chased. Your first lesson does not wait on either. The curriculum focus for your grade is held inside the training module, and the plan you wrote there is complete on its own — it is what you teach from this week. If you cannot get in إن تعذّر عليكم الدخول
- Tick the "I could not get into InstrucTwin" box in the training module. That is the only signal of who tried, and it reaches the AI Lead. ضعوا علامة في مربّع «لم أتمكّن من الدخول إلى InstrucTwin» داخل وحدة التدريب. فهذه هي الإشارة الوحيدة التي تبيّن من حاول، وهي تصل إلى قائد الذكاء الاصطناعي.
- Carry on teaching from the plan you wrote in the module. You have not lost anything. واصلوا التدريس انطلاقاً من الخطة التي كتبتموها في الوحدة. فأنتم لم تفقدوا شيئاً.
- For a platform fault rather than an access problem, InstrucTwin support is at support@instructwin.com. How often you teach it كم مرّة تدرّسونه
Teaching started the week of 21 September 2026 — your lesson falls somewhere in the week, not necessarily on the Monday. Two numbers matter here: ADEK's entitlement, which is what ADEK audits against, and how AISA delivers it, which is what you plan around. بدأ التدريس في أسبوع ٢١ سبتمبر ٢٠٢٦ — ويقع درسكم في موضع ما من الأسبوع، وليس بالضرورة يوم الاثنين. وهناك رقمان مهمّان هنا: الاستحقاق المقرَّر من دائرة التعليم والمعرفة، وهو ما تُدقّق عليه الدائرة، وكيفية تطبيق AISA له، وهو ما تخطّطون على أساسه.
One period a week حصة واحدة أسبوعياً
ADEK's entitlement is one period a week, and nothing changes at AISA: homeroom teachers deliver one timetabled, standalone AI lesson each week. الاستحقاق المقرَّر من الدائرة هو حصة واحدة أسبوعياً، ولا شيء يتغيّر في AISA: يقدّم معلّمو الصف درساً مستقلاً مجدوَلاً واحداً في الأسبوع.
One timetabled period, the rest asynchronous حصة واحدة مجدوَلة، والباقي غير متزامن
ADEK's entitlement is two periods a week. AISA timetables one of them; the remainder of the entitlement is completed asynchronously. الاستحقاق المقرَّر من الدائرة هو حصتان أسبوعياً. وتُجدوِل AISA إحداهما، ويُستكمل باقي الاستحقاق بشكل غير متزامن.
Assessment — the AI Growth Test التقييم — اختبار النمو في الذكاء الاصطناعي
ADEK's AI Growth Test is a baseline measure of where students are starting from. Every student in Grades 4–12 sits it; K–3 do not. ADEK's testing window closes on Sunday 4 October 2026, and AISA's dates for each grade are announced separately by the AI Lead. اختبار النمو في الذكاء الاصطناعي الصادر عن دائرة التعليم والمعرفة هو قياس مرجعي لنقطة انطلاق الطلاب. ويؤدّيه كل طالب في الصفوف ٤–١٢، ولا يؤدّيه طلاب الروضة حتى الصف الثالث. وتُغلَق نافذة الاختبار لدى الدائرة يوم الأحد ٤ أكتوبر ٢٠٢٦، أمّا مواعيد AISA لكل صف فيُعلنها قائد الذكاء الاصطناعي بشكل منفصل.
Who runs the test من يدير الاختبار
- Grades 4 and 5 — proctored by the class's own homeroom teacher. Settled. الصفّان الرابع والخامس — يراقبه معلّم الصف نفسه. وهذا أمر محسوم.
- Grades 6–12 — arrangements are still open. You will hear before anything is asked of you. الصفوف ٦–١٢ — الترتيبات لم تُحسم بعد. وستصلكم التفاصيل قبل أن يُطلب منكم أي شيء.
- KG–Grade 3 — do not sit this test at all. الروضة – الصف الثالث — لا يؤدّون هذا الاختبار إطلاقاً.

Separate from the AISA readiness training above, and mandatory for every teacher — not only those delivering the AI curriculum. Seven self-paced modules, around 17 hours on average. هذا مستقلّ عن تدريب الجاهزية في AISA المذكور أعلاه، وهو إلزامي لكل معلّم — لا لمن يدرّسون منهج الذكاء الاصطناعي وحدهم. سبع وحدات ذاتية التعلّم، بمعدّل نحو ١٧ ساعة.

ADEK's deadline for completing Level 1 is Wednesday 30 September 2026. Seventeen hours is not an evening's work, so start now if you have not. الموعد النهائي المحدَّد من الدائرة لإتمام المستوى الأوّل هو الأربعاء ٣٠ سبتمبر ٢٠٢٦. وسبع عشرة ساعة ليست عمل أمسية واحدة، فابدأوا الآن إن لم تكونوا قد بدأتم.

ADEK is checking completion records before it issues certificates. The platform records time spent on each section, and sections clicked through quickly will be reset and have to be redone. تتحقّق الدائرة من سجلّات الإتمام قبل إصدار الشهادات. فالمنصّة تسجّل الوقت المستغرَق في كل قسم، والأقسام التي جرى تخطّيها بسرعة ستُعاد إلى الصفر ويلزم إعادتها.
ADEK will tell the AI Lead who is affected, and those teachers will be contacted directly. Otherwise there is nothing you need to do. وستُبلغ الدائرة قائد الذكاء الاصطناعي بمن يشملهم الأمر، وسيجري التواصل معهم مباشرةً. وفيما عدا ذلك، لا شيء عليكم فعله.

Keep student details out of AI tools لا تُدخلوا بيانات الطلاب في أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي
No names, photographs, assessment data or anything else that identifies a student goes into a general-purpose AI tool. This follows ADEK's School Digital Policy and UAE data protection law, and it applies to the tools you use to prepare a lesson as much as to the ones students use in it. لا تُدخَل الأسماء ولا الصور ولا بيانات التقييم ولا أي شيء آخر يُعرّف بالطالب في أداة ذكاء اصطناعي عامة. وهذا التزامٌ بسياسة الدائرة الرقمية للمدارس وبقانون حماية البيانات في دولة الإمارات، وينطبق على الأدوات التي تستخدمونها في تحضير الدرس بقدر ما ينطبق على التي يستخدمها الطلاب فيه.
AI Vision & Ethical Framework module وحدة رؤية الذكاء الاصطناعي والإطار الأخلاقيAn AI concern is a safeguarding concern أي مخاوف تتعلّق بالذكاء الاصطناعي هي مخاوف تتعلّق بحماية الطفل
If a student discloses something through an AI task, or a tool returns something that worries you, it goes to your Safeguarding Lead — not to IT and not to the tool's support desk. Report it within 24 hours; if a child may be at immediate risk, contact them straight away. إن باح طالب بشيء من خلال نشاط يتعلّق بالذكاء الاصطناعي، أو أعادت أداةٌ محتوىً يثير قلقكم، فالأمر يُرفَع إلى مسؤول حماية الطفل لديكم — لا إلى قسم تقنية المعلومات ولا إلى الدعم الفني للأداة. أبلغوا خلال ٢٤ ساعة؛ وإن كان الطفل معرّضاً لخطر مباشر، فتواصلوا معهم فوراً.

The readiness module is required for the teachers named on AISA's ADEK Implementation Form — the staff delivering AI Literacy lessons this term. It is not required for everyone else, and it does not count against anyone else's training record. وحدة الجاهزية مطلوبة من المعلّمين المدرَجين في استمارة التطبيق التي قدّمتها AISA إلى الدائرة — أي الطاقم الذي يدرّس دروس الثقافة في الذكاء الاصطناعي هذا الفصل. وهي غير مطلوبة من سواهم، ولا تُحتسب على سجلّ تدريب أي شخص آخر.
